The bears are designed and made entirely by Paula Carter, The Bear Maker, from concept through to final stitch.
Please note: I create my teddy bears solely for adult collectors. My bears are NOT classed as suitable for use as children's toys owing to the traditional components in their construction. They are suitable for over 14's only.
Shipping costs will be automatically applied during checkout. Shipping is based on volumetric weight. UK delivery will made either by next day courier or by Royal Mail Special delivery service, depending on the size of your bear. Overseas deliveries (outside UK) will be by either Fedex or similar air courier, or Royal Mail Airsure service, depending on the size of your bear.
I am happy to offer a delivery discount if two or more bears are purchased at the same time to travel together - please bear in mind, depending upon the size of bears ordered, this may not always be possible.

How do I make payment and who pays any import duty?
Bears will be dispatched upon receipt and clearance of funds. Deposits/instalments paid for made to order/commissioned bears are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Bears will be marked either 'sold' or 'reserved' on this website upon receipt of payment.
Bears currently in stock and sold direct from this website within the UK are offered in accordance with the UK's 2000 Distance Selling Regulations.
Returns will only be accepted at the expense of the customer when received in 'as new' condition at ALL BEAR within seven days of customer's receipt. Please note: delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please contact ALL BEAR prior to posting to advise of return. Please insure item fully as All Bear will not accept liability for missing, or damaged in post, items, or import/Customs' duty payable.
What are your trading terms?
Please note: whilst I work hard to represent bears accurately on this site, different monitors may display a slight variance in shade. I am always happy to answer questions relating to fabric colours, pile length and textures.

My website shopping cart accepts payment securely through Paypal. Shipping costs are added to the price of the bear at checkout.
Overseas customers are responsible for all charges imposed by their local Customs and Excise office. Import duties are not included within the delivery charge.
